To ensure every gesture of love is delivered seamlessly, specific time slots are unavailable during the Valentine's period (Feb 13-14). Deliveries will be scheduled between 9am and 5pm to optimize efficiency. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the smooth arrival of your order.
We cover most major districts in Hong Kong. However, service to remote areas (e.g., Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan) may be limited or subject to a surcharge during Valentine's Day. Please inquire before purchasing.
Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient or sender first. If we cannot reach anyone, we will proceed according to the preference you selected at checkout.
In the absence of specific instructions, the item will be left at the management office or reception to ensure freshness, with a photo taken as proof. Please note that if the flowers must be returned to our studio for redelivery, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Yes, we welcome you to pick up your order if you wish to deliver the gift personally. Please select "Studio Pickup" at checkout.

Delivery documents are strictly for logistics and do not display prices or sender details. Our team removes all administrative slips before presenting the flowers. The recipient will only know the sender's identity if you choose to sign the message card; otherwise, the gift remains completely anonymous.

We are unable to accommodate requests for changes to flowers or wrapping materials. Thank you for your understanding.

As our flowers are specially air-flown from overseas for the occasion, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after Feb 10.
To change the delivery address, please contact our team at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. We cannot guarantee adjustments for requests made after this timeframe.
Our Valentine's collection is produced in limited quantities. Orders will close early once our capacity is reached.
The final cutoff is Feb 12, 23:59. We strongly advise securing your order early to guarantee availability.
Our florists are dedicated to faithfully recreating the design using the exact flowers shown.
However, as flowers are organic creations rather than manufactured goods, slight nuances in form, shade, and bloom are natural. Your arrangement will mirror the photo's style and composition, while celebrating the unique character of each individual stem.
